Residential Financing Programs

Builder's Heating and Air Conditioning is currently offering two residential financing programs through Wells Fargo Financial for installation of new products.

Twelve Months Same-As-Cash Program

We are offering to our customers a twelve (12) month same-as-cash financing program with approved credit through Wells Fargo Financial Services. This program offers the best benefit if you are planning to pay for your purchase in twelve months. There is a minimum monthly payment of 3.25% of the balance that is payable monthly.

Reduced Interest Rate of 9.9% Program

Another financing option that is available is a reduced interest rate of 9.9% for your purchase. If you wish to spread your payments out longer than twelve months this is a better plan for you. Instead of financing the purchase with your Visa, MasterCharge or other credit card, where your interest rate is above 20%, this interest rate is fixed at 9.9% for the life of the loan. You will also be required to make a minimum monthly payment with this loan.

Commercial Leasing Programs

Our commercial leasing program allows businesses to lease equipment on a multi-year program and then purchase the equipment for $1.00 at the end of the lease. Please contact our office for more information on this program.
