EverRest Air Handlers

An air handler is similar to a furnace. The difference is an air handler does not have a gas heating section and heat exchanger like a furnace. Instead it includes the evaporative coil needed for air conditioning. It's primary use is to move air in a cooling system, and is generally used in air conditioning only systems.  In special instances an electrical heating element can be added to an air handler to provide supplemental heat to a home.
Air handlers are available in multi-speed and variable speed blower configurations, depending on the requirements of the system design.
