Their exclusive SilentComfort® technology found in the Dave Lennox Signature Collection and Elite G61V model of furnaces combines advanced engineering with sound absorbing insulation to deliver the ultimate in quiet performance.

Lennox offers three series of furnaces, the "Merit Series", the "Elite Series", and their premium "Dave Lennox Signature Collection" series. Each series has specific warranties pertaining to individual models which can be found in the Lennox literature. You can purchase models with efficiencies from 80% up to 98.2% AFUE with a number of models being equipped with variable speed blower motors.

From their quiet furnaces to their high-efficiency air handlers, Dave Lennox Signature® Collection products represent the very finest in home heating, cooling and indoor air quality. Lennox's "Signature Collection" furnaces include the SLP98V (98.2% AFUE) and the SL280V (80% AFUE).

Innovative variable speed blower motors and SilentComfort® technology make the SLP98V and SL280V two of the quietest furnaces you can buy - competitive furnaces can be up to eight times louder. The gradual acceleration and deceleration of the variable speed motor will help significantly reduce sound. It operates quietly and smoothly, keeping temperature consistant and humidity under control.

The SL98V is a 98.2% AFUE gas modulating model which makes it the most efficient furnace available today. Modulating furnaces are designed to provide maximum efficiency, comfort, and quality while saving you money on your energy bills. The SL98V will maintain a constant steady temperature in your home by providing just the right amount of heat when you need it. The SL280V is a medium efficieny model which has a 2-Stage gas valve system which also will help to save energy compared to single-stage gas valve models.
