95% AFUE Furnaces

You depend on your furnace to keep your family warm and comfortable. That's why every Trane 95 gas furnace is built to operate as quietly and reliably as possible. Trane has three models of 95% AFUE furnaces. The XR95 is a single-stage, multi-speed model which appeals to conscientious consumers who want the high efficiency of a 95% model but also are looking for value at an economical price. Trane XV95 two-stage, variable speed furnaces feature our highest AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency) rating, enabling up to 96.7% of the fuel you pay for to be converted directly into usable heat for your home. The modulating model, the XC95, will provide maximum efficiency, comfort and quality while saving you money on your energy bills.The XC95 with its modulating gas valve will maintain a constant steady temperature in your home by providing just the right amount of heat when you need it. It also offers the added peace of mind of ComfortLink™ II communicating technology, which gives you the power to monitor and control your comfort settings remotely by phone (with optional modules). Even when the weather outside is frigid, you can warm up to clean, comfortable heat with a Trane 95 gas furnace.
