Their "YP" Series modulating furnace is their latest achievement; this furnace adjusts its heat output in 1% increments so your comfort level never wavers. The Affinity Modulating furnace will modulate it's heat requirements in 1% increments. This furnace can increase its energy heating requirements in 1% steps so that it uses only the minimum energy needed to keep your home warm and comfortable. And since these units achieve 95% AFUE efficiency you will see significant energy savings over older less efficient furnaces.

The York 95% Modulating furnace is available with either a multi-speed or variable speed blower motor. Either unit will provide you with a furnace that operates quietly. So quietly in fact, you may not even know the furnace is running.

These furnaces are the latest achievement in York's ongoing commitment to home comfort through state-of-the-art design and innovation. This modulating furnace automatically adjusts itself in 1% increments to maintain the desired temperature setting. With Climatrak technology our technicians can set an operating cycle for the Affinity ECM variable speed motor. All Affinity "80%" Series variable-speed furnaces are equipped with an electronically commutated motor (ECM). Unlike standard blower motors, the ECM offers continuous gradual fan speed changes. The result is incredible humidity control, dramatically reduced sound levels, and one or the best energy efficient furnaces you can buy.

Latitude Series Furnaces

Latitude furnaces are different by design. Computerized controls help circulate heat efficiently and evenly throughout your home, cutting energy bills by as much as 25 percent compared to your older furnace.
